YOUnique Travel – Terms of Participation and Refund Policy (Public Offer)
Welcome to YOUnique Travel! This document is a public offer outlining the rules of participation in our tours, payment terms, cancellations, and refunds.
Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour. By paying a deposit or the full amount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules.
1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A booking is confirmed only after a deposit is received.

1.2. Accepted currencies: GBP (£), EUR (€), USD ($).

1.3. After payment of the deposit, the Client will receive a booking confirmation.

1.4. Partial or late payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

1.5. International Tours
• Deposit: £350 / €400.
• Remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the Tour.

1.6. Local UK Tours
• Deposit: 50% of the total tour price.
• Remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the Tour.


2. Cancellation and Refunds (Client-Initiated)

2.1. More than 28 days before the Tour – 100% refund.

2.2. 14–28 days before the Tour – the Client may find a replacement participant. If a replacement is found, a full refund is provided. If not, the deposit is non-refundable.

2.3. Less than 14 days before the Tour – refunds are not possible, as all arrangements have been made and the Tour will proceed.

2.4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
• serious illness or injury preventing participation (supported by medical documentation),
• death of a close relative,
• other force majeure circumstances (at the Company’s discretion).
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 28 business days.

2.5. Credit Transfer
If the Client cannot attend for personal reasons, 50% of the paid amount may be transferred as credit for a future tour with the Company.


3. Company-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

3.1. YOUnique Travel reserves the right to modify the tour program or cancel it in case of:
• extreme weather conditions,
• safety risks for participants,
• government restrictions,
• force majeure circumstances.

3.2. In such cases, the Client will be offered:
• participation in a rescheduled tour, or
• credit for a future tour, or
• a full refund.


4. Participant Substitution

4.1. The Client may transfer their booking to another person by notifying the Company at least 48 hours before the Tour.

4.2. The new participant must provide all required details and agree to these Terms.


5. Responsibility for Documents and Visas

5.1. The Client is fully responsible for having valid documents (passport, visa, insurance, vaccinations if required).

5.2. In case of denial of entry or deportation for reasons beyond the Company’s control, no refund will be issued.


6. Insurance

6.1. YOUnique Travel does not provide medical or travel insurance.

6.2. Each Client is responsible for arranging their own insurance covering risks associated with the tour.


7. Participant Conduct

7.1. Clients must comply with public order regulations and follow the instructions of guides and organizers.

7.2. YOUnique Travel reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from the tour without refund if their behavior endangers the group, disturbs other participants, or violates laws of the country visited.


8. Company Liability

8.1. YOUnique Travel undertakes to organize tours with reasonable care and skill.

8.2. The Company is not responsible for:
• actions of third-party providers (hotels, transport, airlines),
• flight delays or cancellations,
• weather conditions,
• loss or damage of personal belongings,
• failure of participants to follow safety instructions.

8.3. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Tour.


9. Minors

9.1. Participation of persons under 18 years old is only allowed when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


10. Personal Data

10.1. By booking, the Client provides personal information (full name, contact details, passport data, etc.).

10.2. Personal data is used solely for organizing the tour and is only shared with necessary service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).


11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
